Joined Golds Gym today! Very excited to get going on my goal to loose 40 pounds (or more).
Did not get to work out today but am going to go atleast once this weekend and for sure everyday next week. I meet with my personal trainer on Wednesday morning for my orientation. Not looking forward to being weighed and measured but it is necessary to track my progress.
Came home and ate a healthy chicken salad sandwhich on wheat bread and an apple.
