Ugh....well this is my 2nd day of skipping my workout....yeah, yeah, yeah,....shame on me! Ha ha but honestly, yes i feel like a fat pig because of it but when I decided to skip today it was because I was having an anxiety attack of just too too much.

Good luck to all today....just couldn't work out....ate wonderfully but I think my 3 glasses of wine just kicked my diet to death! ha ha

Well....I am doing great thus far this week but then I have to look ahead at the weekend in front of me.....Oh how I love ol' st. patties day! I have plugged in since I will start drinking at 11am 5 beers of Killians because hopefully I won't drink that many since it is dark and will get me drunk faster in turn making it so I don't drink 12 light beers for even more calories! Ha ha Then I have plugged in 4 vodka drinks for the night out that night.......well it makes it over 1600 ...

Well I went to the dentist this morning because I apparently grind my teeth...oops! So I have to get a night guard to help relieve the headaches, and jaw/teeth aches that I have so even though I really don't want it....I think it will be helpful! 

In regards to my diet....went to the grocery and picked up some baby carrots, some fruit, oatmeal for breakfast, and tofurkey sandwich supplies. I will base I guess what I can actually eat by figuring what I am going to ha...

Today is the first day of my "diet".....I have motivation towards this because I just realized that I have to be in a swimsuit on May 22nd this year so I have not even 3 months! I have set my "goal" at the weight I weighed in high school even though I know I would like to be even less than that since I alas....thought I was fat then! What is wrong with us women!? I am already a vegetarian, I do eat fish, and cheese although I am trying ...
