Well I totally fell off the weight-loss wagon today.
Went to Mucho Burrito with a coworker...I had the taco salad...thinking this is somewhat healthy....OMG was I wrong
YIKES 900 Calorie Lunch...i may as well have went to McDonalds.
Then another coworker brought in donuts..and well had one of them too....So Yeah today is a complete write off...I will still do my workout tonight...but very disappointed in myself. :(

Well started this whole thing on Jan 3. I finally decided it was time to shed my 17 year old baby weight.
So far the hardest part I find is not snacking at night. I am trying not to eat anything after 7, however with my schedule that isn't always an option.
