I plan on re-starting my diet and working out tomorrow. I usually start by find it difficult to stick with it. I'm a senior this year, and still in cheerleading, so I wanna really make sure I look my best! I plan on losing 40-50 lbs, so I hope I can stick with it and see results fast so it will motivate me to continue.
