Just over 70 Days Into this "journey"....

Just over 70 days in to this "Journey"... Wish it was as easy as playing the cd.  This is what I've been doing/using. I have been trying to go to the gym and work out at least 5 days per week for an hour per day....when the kids will let me. I have three, Felix is 4 months, Liam is 2
