well today i weighed in at 240 i would hide in shame but im proud to admit i am working on it i want to be a example to my family so here i go.
my plan is to work out at the gym at LEAST 3 times a week between cardio sculpting and swiming. i plan on looseing 150pnds but i also want to gain muscle not a creepy amount just so i can feel healthy.
