I've started off horribly! I know I'm not great at tracking my meals but I'm still trying. Also I've started working out today. Finally. This is the first time I've worked out since we got back from our honeymoon. I feel good. :) I've been a pretty active person, working out almost everyday...and now I'm ready to get back on track. It's hard getting back into a routine, but I know I can do it. I don't want to be a lazy slob! Haha. Not saying that I am...but..y...

Okay so I've never been the best at tracking food or anything. I can barely keep a regular journal. I've tried several times to keep a food diary over the past few years. Counting calories has always left me at 400-700 calories per day. It just made me paranoid. I also have to start exercising again. I'm usually pretty active, walking a few miles everyday. I've started jogging too. That's one thing I've always had trouble with. So if I can get on that treadmill and jog for 30...
