I guess I just feel like I need to plan. If I plan then I will succeed. So I worked out another day of the meal plan. I would like to have 7 or 10 days worth of meal plans of the foods that I actually like and will eat and can cook. I think this will help me stay on track.

I just found FitClick as I was surfing the internet. A friend had recommended MediFast, but I don't like the pre-packaged food concept. I want to eat real food. So I am getting it together to start Saturday as a start date. I have figured out a meal plan for Saturday - it took some time because I am just learning the system, and I don't buy a lot of pre-packaged food and worked out the meals until I met all the requirements.
