Getting It Started

I am a mid fifties lady who has experienced what they all talk about...a significant weight gain during menopause.  Time to get things back on track. 

So my goal is to lose at least 15 pounds and improve my activity level significantly...it could be steps taken during a week and minutes of fitness activity. A 90 day challenge for me!
