I need help to get started

Today is my first day to this web site.I desperately need to lose weight I was diagnoised with cirross of the liver ,the dr told me I needed to lose weight to help with that.I also have a heart problem.So i just want to get healthier,I have a husband I love 4 daughters and 7 grandchildren,so you see I have alot to live for.Thanks for listening.
