Third Week into a 12 week plan

The first two weeks I weighed in and lost 2 pounds.  The following two weeks (#2) I slacked off by eating out often, not exercising, or making entries in my food journal. I  weighed in and  had gained what I had initially lost.  Good part, I didn't gain more than what I had lost.
