Okay, so far so good. I have only been on my diet for 4 days and have lost 4 lbs. I have done really well with my eating, but we are heading into the weekend. I am feeling a bit nervous as I won't have as much to keep my mind from eating/snacking. Hopefully, I will be able to just remind myself to log in and it will keep me on my path. Okay, so I officially started my diet & exercise plan today. I have very high hopes but I really need motivation to stay on track. I also started 'Apidexin' today. If anyone has tried it, please let me know what you think. This morning I woke up and took my pills.
For breakfast I had multigrain cherrios with skim milk (6:20am).
For my morning snack, I will have 1.25 cups mixed fresh fruit at about 8:30am.

Today, I signed up for FitClick. I am trying to lose weight before my husband returns from Afghanistan in 3 months. When we met, I was a mere 145 pounds (I was an active duty Marine-Drill Instructor). I got out about 2 years ago and packed on about 20 pounds. I then got pregnant and gained another 60 pounds. I have lost about 40 of that so far, but have been stuck for about the past month. My current weight is 185 and my goal is to be at 160 before June 1st. I know ...
