So last week was much better as far as consistency! I went to the gym Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday! I had Tuesday off since we went to the fair and Friday off. Each night at the gym I did at least 30 mins of cardio. Oh and on Sunday we went kayaking on the river which was a major upper body workout!

Today marks day one of the week. My plans this week are to go every night for at least 30 mins... Sticking with mostly cardio for now and will add in strength training s

Set back...

So last week was a bit of a failure... It started off so well too! I went to the gym Monday and Tuesday and did about 30 mins each night on the treadmill. I took Wednesday off because I wasnt feeling very well. Turns out I was fighting off some kind of head cold. I felt sick the rest of the week with a horrible headache which I couldnt tell if it was a migrane or a congestion headache... Either way I'm feeling better today and am about to head out the door to the gym and get this week

Keep on Keeping On...

So about a week has gone by... I went to the gym on Tue and Thur last week. And went yesterday (Monday). Did some cardio after eating way too much for dinner. I felt good after a quick workout even if it was only 30 mins... Better than nothing, right?! I want to go again tonight, so hopefully I dont get lazy or tired from now until then. I think the Hyper FX supplement helps- I notice I dont hate the treadmill as much haha!
