Yes, I'm at it again. Tracking stuff.. that is.
On the upside, we gave up soda at our house and we are biking more.

I asked my husband to create a fitness program for me. He was reluctant because he didn't want me to think he felt I needed to lose weight for any reason other than my health.
He's discussed things with the docs at work and given me a plan to get me started and to assess my current levels. He stress how important it was to track things... so I joined a few sites today to check them out. This one was by far the best for what I was looking for.
