today I am not starting a diet, I am starting a life plan of getting healthy, paying attention to what I feed myself and family and making sure we are more active as a family, but also learning to take it one step at a time, instead of all or nothing, I know that I will make mistakes along the way, but I will take it one day at a time. my first goal is to get more exercise, I love how when I excercise I feel so much better, more energy, my body doesn't seem so stiff.
