Man my quads were really sore. I was planning on doing lower body yesterday but with my quads decided to hold off. Hit the gym around 10:30 tonight and did the upper body. Was planning on doing 5 sets, but decided to tone down to 3 so that I don't get hurt. Need to cut down the weights and do more cardio.

Got another workout today. Didn't get there till around 10:30 at night. Put in around 27 minutes of cardio with with elliptical machine and the stationary bike. The legs and lower back also got a pretty good workout. Feels weird when I'm use to squatting 450 lbs and having to leg press 650 that I'm having problems doing a set of 75 lbs 5 times. But I guess that's part of getting back in shape. Don't want to take things too fast because I don't want to hurt mys...
