i had it planned to start my diet and exercise in sept. but that didnt work. my body decided to throw me for a loop and i got very very sick! im just now starting to recover from this and i hope to get started by the end of the week. i couldnt start earlier as my dr told me not to restrict my diet cause i needed the vitamins and nutrition from the food i eat for what was wrong. im starting to feel some what better so im hoping that ill get to get started soon as i really dont have much time left...

im really nervous! my dr told me to set a date i thought would be good for me to start my diet. i did. i set it for sept. 5th. im so nervous cause ive been on a roller coaster most my life with this and im scared im going to give up or fail again! i dont really have much support and i have physical limitations so its going to be really hard for me. and thats what im so worried about. im scared im going to get frustrated and just give up cause i already live a life of daily ongoing pain daily due...
