I'm so encouraged! I had my first weigh in this morning and I'm down 2.6 pounds!! Totally on my way to my first goal! This week hasn't been real tough on me. The hardest part is making time to work out. My job has had me on a crazy schedule this week so it's been tough. I read a post last night though that got me to thinking. My friend is making an effort to move at least 10 minutes a day. She said some days she does an hour, some days 10 minutes, ...
