Hi! It is me again, you can eat a lot of vegetables. Go food shopping and buy whatever you think you like in the produce department. Fruits are a better option than junk food. Load your plate with lots of fruits and vegetables. I use yogurt (any flavor) to dip my veggies and fruits in. You'll satisfy your desire to chew and swallow and not consume a lot of calories. You will find this site VERY helpful in keeping track of what you are consuming. Sorry to here you have no support from you family and friends. This is just so sad. I hope you stick with this on your own.
