Day 32 today - and 19 more days until we go to Punta Cana!  SOOO excited!!

It's not like I'm going to be wearing a bikini or anything... I've got 3 kids... Mama's got stripes everywhere. It's not pretty. but still, there's an appeal to knowing I'm going bathing suit shopping - and I won't walk in there thinking things are a lot worse than they are!

Today is the last day at my office... we're moving, so i'm off tomorrow and

I really should be getting back on the wagon today - but I find that oddly it's been helping that I've been eating "regular" stuff... I 've still been losing weight despite it.

15lbs in a month is wayyy excellent...  I only have 15 to go. Also, I've now participating in the Spartan race in June. Yikes!

I've working 12-8 today... so once the brats are off to school I have the time to make a really nice salad etc for lunch... stay tune

This week has been pretty much a write off. My mom's been in the hospital for the past week, we're preparing to fire one of our longterm employees, and our office is moving.  It's been a hell of a week..

Finally started going down on the scale a little bit after a few days of nothing! This morning's check was 146.8, which is awesome. I started at 160.8 (before I found fitclick) and so I have lost 14 lbs in 25 days.

I feel great, my clothes fit so mmuch better, my skin is clearer, my nails are stronger, my hair is shinier...and oddly enough, my BO isn't as strong. 

The hubs intends to go out to an asian buffet again tonight... so we'll see how that goe

Somehow, my weight is staying at the same number on the scale.... which I guess is ok, because my measurements are still going down.

Also, I still have a few days worth of food to get rid of.. if ya know what I mean.. heh heh.

I HAVE been working out more, so it's entirely possible that it's just muscle weight keeping it steady.

Who knows!  All I know is that it's darn demoralizing!

Since I started this diet on December 28, 2013, I have dropped from 160.8 to 148.4 lbs. I've only been "tracking" since Jan 1, so I'm only going to count that... but it's a big boost to the ego to be able to say that I have lost just about 12 1/2 pounds in about 3 weeks simply by avoiding most fatty foods, grains, and starches.

18 lbs to my goal, which is for mid-february - but I recognize that it may not be realistic, so I settle for reaching it by April 1

The last couple days haven't been so awesome... I was a little discouraged because my scale wasn't showing anything different. Actually, it had gone up by half a pound... I assume it has something to do with...well... ya know... movements and such...

So - got up REALLY early today and kick started my day with water first instead of coffee before water...because I worked out a little bit...  and so I feel like I've been hungry ALL day.

I'm in ketosis (my ketostix are telling me I'm testing on a mid to high range) and so my body is definitely using up its fat stores... and I'm not feeling like I need to eat - I just want food in my mouth.

Having a REALLY hard time with my water intake today... I have these plastic 1L bottles (4 glasses per) and generally I finish one by late morning, have another between 1 and 4, and then another between 4 and 8.

Now I'm forcing myself to drink it... and I almost want to gag.

I'm really not feeling my food today... what I REALLY want is a big greasy nasty cheeseburger with extra bacon and a poutine!!

Today was the fist day of my workout/piano lesson trade. My legs are STILL shaking. i am SO out of shape... except not really... I feel  like everything I did today winded me and made me feel like throwing up - but according to the guy (let's call him E), I kicked ass. 

I did 30 pushups (15 real and 15 on my knees), which he said already blew all the girls he's training out of the water, they can't even do 5 on their feet - and I did a 2m 5s wall squat (wal
