4 = medium effort -- conversation is easy to maintain

2 = warm up

Exercise Comments

I have started jogging 1 mile per day. It takes me about 10 to 15 minutes. My heart rate increases nd I sweat. I have added walking 1 to 2 miles a day. What else should I do?
