Calories Burned:  1,111 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

This low impact exercise won't take much out of you, but will keep you active during the day. Little by litte the burned calories will add up!

 

1st: 40 Jumping Jacks

2nd: 30 Crunches

3rd: 20 squats (or lunges)

4th: 10 push ups

 

Do this once an hour and drink 1 whole glass of water after. Switch up the types of crunches and push ups each hour to switch up target areas.
