Barbell Hack Squat

Calories Burned:  442 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Set up for this exercise as you would for a deadlift, but with the bar behind your lower legs, instead of in front.  
Push your hips forward and lift the bar until your knees and hips are straight and the bar is against your hamstrings.
