Calories Burned:  816 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

This is a four count exercise.  (USMC style)
Stand with feet shoulder width apart & hands on hips

1) REACH straight up

2) hands back to hips

3) BEND over & touch the ground (straight legs, reach as far as you can)

4) hands back to hips

Intensity is set to 12 because I am doing these as fast as possible for 20 sec, with a 10 sec rest.

Change intensity & do these slowly as a warm up streaching exercise
