Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
As depicted by Bowflex Exercise Owner Manual Fitness Guide sit facing tower pulling back in narrow position.  Lat Rows 8-10 reps 2-4 sets

Exercise Comments

These Bowflex Exercises I used Cardio to recorded results. I could not add Strengh Workout at this time. Strength only shows sets broken down in reps and weight. I improvised recording the weight I used 260 lb as 2 - 1st set, 6- 2nd set, 1 in 3rd set . Lastly 3 in the 4th set. All sets add up 11 minutes. If I used a weight of 200 it would be recorded as 2 -1st, 1-2nd, 1 -3rd, then 3 in the 4th equaling 7 mins. and using 100 pound I recorded 1 in the first set = 6 mins. The sum total of all workouts average 45+ minutes.By using this Cardio style reording I can still tell how much weight I used and the number of sets.
