Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Instructions: 
1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Stand behind a platform, such as an aerobic step.
3. Jump up onto the platform.
4. Jump back down off the platform.
5. Repeat.
