Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

Get on the floor on all fours and do 15 reps of each exercise, then switch legs and repeat.
1. Keep knee bent at 90 degree angle and do leg lifts as high as you can stand.
2. Straighten leg and do leg lifts to the side as high as you can stand.
3. Keep leg straight and pulse, keep leg as high as you can.
4. With bent knee at 90 degrees lift heel to the sky straight up.
5. With a straight leg, and leg pointing straight back, point toes to the floor and do leg lifts as high as you can.
6. With a straight leg, pulse in the same position as last exercise hold leg as high as you can.

Now repeat those 6 steps with the other leg.
