Dumbbell Step Ups: Lateral

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your side next to a platform such as an aerobics step.
2. Holding a dumbbell in each hand step one foot onto the platform.
3. Raise the other foot off the ground and onto the platform by pushing through your heel.
4. Return to the starting position by lowering one foot at a time.
