Elliptical Fatburn Program 30 Minute Workout

Calories Burned:  500 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
 Set Elliptical to the Fatburn Program

Set Max Level to 8, make sure incline is turned ON, and begin program by hitting the START button

Throuought the exercise be careful to maintain the following:
        1- keep a steady pace around 5 mph (with no more of a .3 mph gap) 
        2- evenly distribute your weight; on the elliptical people often place much of their weight on their dominant foot and therefore work one leg's muscles harder than the other's
        3-be sure to drink water to avoid cramping in the muscles
