Calories Burned:  504 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

interval 3 min level 7 4.5mph then 1 min 10mph then back to 3 min 4.5 and repeat for 25 min

Exercise Comments

I do this 5-6 times a week and it gives me a great cardio workout gets my heart pumping and blood flowing.
