Calories Burned:  340 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Walking at a very brisk pace of 4 MPH on a level, firm surface. Using the average step total of 2000 steps per mile, at this pace you will cover 4 miles or 8000 steps in 1 hour.

Exercise Comments

Well started out ok today... 2 cups of coffee and my first brisk walk... 2.25 miles in 36 min. I am proud of myself for getting out there

I need to add in a few brisk walks per week to change up my fitness routine.

I was doing this last summer and then I just stopped. I need to start it again because it did work.
