Calories Burned:  374 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Latissimus Dorsi
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Biceps
START: Grab a lat pulldown bar or rope with a neutral grip. Kneel with your right knee and left foot on the floor. Keeping your chest lifted, your body should form a straight line from your shoulder to your knee on the floor. Squeeze your right glute.

MOVEMENT: Without moving your torso, pull the weight down to your ribs. Squeeze your shoulder blades together. Initiate the movement by pulling your shoulders down and back. Do not lean back to pull the weight to your chest; your upper body should remain in nearly the same position from start to finish. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
