Secondary Muscles Trained:  Lower Rectus Abdominis
Instructions: 
Start: Stand tall and run in place as fast you can.

Movement: Drive through the balls of your feet and try to bring your heels up under your backside. Keep your hands relaxed, elbows bent, shoulders down, and swing your arms back and forth.
