Instructions: 

Hula Hoop


 This is a great movement for loosening your hips and back joints.


 1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Let your arms hang loosely by your sides—or you can place them on your hips.


 2. Flex slightly in your knees and begin rotating your hips in a circular motion, as if you’re playing with a hula hoop. Maintain a nearly still head and shoulders throughout.


 3. Continue for fifteen seconds, then switch directions and rotate for another fifteen seconds.
