Calories Burned:  687 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Use a 2 pound "Heavy Rope" up hill. I choose a 30 degree step grade hill. Locally in Hollywood Runyon Canyon is my favorite.
