Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gastrocnemius
Instructions: 
Just like you remember from gym class. Start with your feet together and hands at your sides. Simultaneously raise your arms above your head and jump up so you can spread your feet.

it shakes things up, huh? Good to do tabata style for quick shot of energy.

it does take a lot of energy! but one of my favourite things to do in front of the TV during commercial breaks
