Kettlebell Side Lunge and Touch

Calories Burned:  493 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Quadriceps
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus, Spinal Erectors

Start: Hold a kettlebell in both hands at arms length in front of you.

Movement: Take a large step to your right, pushing your hips back and bending your right knee. As you lower your body, touch the kettlebell to the floor on the inner side of your right foot. Return to the starting position and repeat to your left.
