Primary Muscles Trained:  Biceps

Start: While standing or kneeling, grab the handle overhand and hold it with your upper arm against your side, your elbow bent 90 degrees. Your lower arm should be nearly parallel to the floor and on the same plane as your torso.
Finish: Pull the handle across your abdomen, using your upper arm as a hinge and maintaining the same angle in your elbow. Again, keep your wrist straight and your torso in the same posture. Return to the starting position along the same axis, finish the set, then turn your body around, switch arms, and repeat.
