Calories Burned:  276 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
This is an OnDemand Workout video that incorporates fast-paced walking with extra moves to optimize fitness. Leslie mentions that her videos can, on average, burn 100 calories per mile. That is how I measured this. 100 calories per mile due to the 3.5-4.0 walk paired with knee lifts, side steps, kick-backs, and arm movements.

love walking with leslie everyday can't get enough! she has wonderful personality and really gets you motivated
