Calories Burned:  544 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
This 3-mile walk also includes arms, side steps, mini-quick-squats, and knee lifts and is very fast-paced. There's a small warm up and a small cool down/stretch. It runs about 3.5-4 MPH and increases every 5-10 minutes in pace (from slow to pretty fast). Leslie Sansone figured that it's pretty much burning 100 calories PER mile because it's not JUST walking in place. It's more than that. It's cardio and you'll feel your heartbeat go up and you'll definitely sweat.
