Medicine Ball Football Throw

Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
With ball at shoulder level step forward with opposite legand push out with the ball hand and toss the ball, hand rotating slightly toward thumb pointing down. Catch rebound and repeat. Work towards moving further away from wall.
