Instructions: 

 

2-4 warm up sets

Crunches on exercise ball or BOSU ball – 3 sets of 10-12 reps

Elliptical (see below for HIIT session)

1 warm up set

Modified V-Ups – 3 sets of 10-12 reps

1 warm up set

Alternating Superman – 3 sets of 10-12 reps

5 minutes Warm-Up

15 seconds hard pace (at 5)

1 min 45 sec recovery

15 seconds hard pace (at 7)

1 min 45 sec recovery

15 seconds hard pace (at 9)

1 min 45 sec recovery

15 seconds hard pace (at 11)

1 min 45 sec recovery

15 seconds hard pace (at 13)

1 min 45 sec recovery

5 minutes Cool Down (at 15)
