Overhead Walking Lunges with Dumbbells

Calories Burned:  510 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
1. Stand upright and hold a dumbell in each hand straight over your head. Step forward, allowing your back leg to come to a 90 degree angle.
2. Pause.
3. Return to upright position and repeat with other leg.
4. Continue this motion for 5-10 reps per leg or for 10-20 yeards.
