Calories Burned:  544 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)

This rate of burn is based on my weight. Planet Fitness says that the burn is 227 calories for a person weighing 150 lbs.

It is important to do each step of the circuit. Use a machine, then use the steppers, in order to achieve maximum benefit.
