Incline Pushups: Hands on Bench

Calories Burned:  340 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Triceps

1. With your feet on the floor get into a push-up position by placing your hands on a bench slightly wider than shoulder-width apart
2. Tightening your stomach and butt muscles, slowly bend your elbows and lower your body towards the bench.
3. Slowly extend your elbows returning to the starting position and continue with this motion.
