Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Rectus Abdominis
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Lower Rectus Abdominis, Obliques
Sit on the floor, knees bent, feet flat on floor, arms extended and hands together in front of your chest. Lean back so your torso is at 45-degree angle to floor.  
Twist to the left as far as you can, pause, then reverse your movement and twist all the way back to the right as far as you can. As you get stronger, hold a light weight in your hands as you do the movement.
