Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
  1. Lie on side with bottom leg bent.
  2. Position arm however is comfortable.
  3. Extend top leg in 90 degree angle in alignment with bottom leg thigh,
  4. Draw circles about the size of a dinner plate in the air clockwise.
  5. Repeat circles counter clockwise.
  6. Repeat on other side.
