Single-Leg Deadlift with Jump

Calories Burned:  459 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Start: Stand on one foot, with the other foot a few inches off the ground behind you and your arms at your sides.

Finish: Squat down, then jump, keeping your nonjumping foot off the ground at all times. Finish the set with that leg, then repeat the set with the other.
