Calories Burned:  442 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Quadriceps
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus

Stand on left foot, lift right foot and extend forward, touch heel to the ground directly in front, then left and place at point of 45degrees, 90degrees, rotate leg and touch at 135 degrees, then finally directly behind at 180 degrees.
