Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands raised behind your head.
2. Quickly bend your knees so that they are just over your toes and then quickly push through your heels, engaging your glutes, and return to the starting position.
3. Repeat this motion with relative speed.
